As Chief Executive Officer, Chloe is committed to cultivating CBO into a thriving business community, rich with hands-on activity. She aims to encourage like-minded peers to make a lasting impact within and beyond the organization, and a key part of her vision is to build consistent interactions that strengthen bonds between members and community sponsors. Chloe aims to create an environment where everyone is eager to propose novel fundraising and educational opportunities, developing a group of socially minded leaders. She lives by her daily yogurt bowls and homemade coffee syrups. -

Riley Stevenson
Co-Director of Human Resources
As Co-Director of Human Resources, Riley is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the Collingwood Business Organization. Riley strives to strengthen the culture of collaboration and productivity across CBO and support every member in both professional and personal growth. Riley is passionate about cultivating strong relationships with CBO’s cooperating partners, as she aims to build long-term connections and create lasting, meaningful community impact. An interesting fact about Riley is that she simultaneously holds the role of Head Student at Collingwood, and if she were a drink, she would be a Strawberry Acai Refresher from Starbucks.

Co-Director of Human Resources
As the incoming Co-Director of Human Resources, Elliot is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within CBO. He aims to strengthen community and engagement by supporting internal events and initiatives that bring members together. With a strong focus on clear and purposeful communication, Elliot ensures that CBO’s messaging remains aligned with its mission and values. He is also committed to developing meaningful relationships with external partners to support future collaboration and strategic opportunities. A fun fact about Elliot is that he was born on February 29th, making him only four years old.

Liana Jamshidi
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Liana is committed to deepening connection with the school community and bringing CBO’s initiatives to life through purposeful and engaging programming. She plays a key role in designing, planning, and executing CBO’s events and programs like Pitch Perfect and Interlinked-In. Liana is passionate about creating fun and welcoming spaces and events where students can collaborate, learn, and grow together through real-world experiences. Outside of CBO, she enjoys climbing and hiking with her family, and being involved in her community in various ways.

Adrian Molina
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Adrian is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting and budgeting for CBO’s operations. He also works to help others learn and understand financial concepts throughout the year. Through informational sessions with members of the CBO and the greater Collingwood community, he is driven to help educate his community. Outside of CBO, Adrian enjoys playing golf, rugby, and soccer, investing, and spending time with his friends. As a leader within his communities, Adrian hopes to inspire those around him to grasp the core concepts of business that will enable them to act on their goals and aspirations after their time at Collingwood School.

Yihan Wang
Chief Competitions Officer
As the Chief Competitions Officer, Yihan is focused on exploring a plethora of competitive events and opportunities to share with the rest of the school community. Primarily, Yihan is focused on facilitating and preparing members to compete on the world stage in DECA, HOSA and FBLA. Through weekly workshops, constant communication and practice competitions, Yihan is dedicated to thorough planning to uphold the highest quality for each competition and trip. In his free time, Yihan competes in basketball, takes on roles within many school activities. A vocal leader who does indeed shy away from crowds, Yihan hopes to inspire the larger school community by introducing new and exciting opportunities.

Tanya Chui
Chief Impact Officer
As the Chief Impact Officer, Tanya is responsible for keeping track of the impact that all CBO events, fundraisers, and other initiatives have monetarily, and within the community. Throughout monthly newsletter updates, up-to-date data, and event participation, Tanya aims to report on CBO’s increasing community achievements, and to have the opportunity to share our impact with others in our school community. She is passionate and proud to be strengthening CBO’s core values while driving growth and visibility. One fun fact about Tanya is that she is the Co-Chair of the Collingwood Yarrow Youth Board, which has recently been developed to fundraiser for the senior community in Chinatown. Through her involvement in various external and internal organizations, Tanya enjoys to help communities and hopes to inspire others to do the same.

Director of External Relations
As the Chief of External Relations, Nyah is dedicated to amplifying CBO’s presence within the broader community and fostering meaningful partnerships. With a focus on outreach and collaboration, Nyah aims to strengthen CBO’s impact by building lasting relationships with external organizations and ensuring clear, compelling communication across all initiatives. She is passionate about creating opportunities for engagement that reflect CBO’s core values while also driving long-term growth and visibility. A unique fact about Nyah is that she is also the Chair of the Strathcona Committee and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life through student-led initiatives.

Director of Internal Relations
William is a passionate student who is committed to bridging students and the community through meaningful social impact events. As the Chief of Internal Relations, William strives to build and strengthen CBO’s relationship with the school and other organizations, aiming to foster a productive environment that promotes interdisciplinary collaboration. Through his extensive experience hosting events and leading initiatives, William looks forward to spearheading fundraisers and community events. A fun fact about William is that his favorite food is plain celery.

As Chief of Communications in CBO, Arshida is responsible for all aspects of communication while overseeing the organization’s monthly newspaper. She is committed to fostering clear and efficient communication within the team and monitoring performance to maximize impact. Arshida also aims to ensure that the value and impact of CBO’s initiatives is clearly understood and celebrated both within the school and beyond. A fun fact about Arshida is that she hopes to visit every country in the world.

Camille hopes to shape a distinct and consistent image for CBO, reinforcing its reputation as a professional organization. Armin Daghoughi
Chief of Special Initiatives
As the Chief of Special Initiatives at CBO, Armin leads initiatives that boost student engagement, innovation, and long-term impact. This year, he aims to raise the impact of the Wentworth entrepreneurship program, launch a province-wide 3v3 basketball tournament, host CBO’s first Golf Tournament fundraiser with the help of Adrian, and Elliot, and introduce new finance and accounting training for future DECA members and CBO members. His goal is to build sustainable, student-led initiatives that elevate CBO’s presence across the province. Outside of CBO, Armin spends some of his week binge-watching TV shows, always on the hunt for his next favorite series.

As a Sales Manager for CBO, Alvin is dedicated to increasing sales initiatives, supporting fundraisers, and building stronger relationships with community partners. He plans to develop efficient sales strategies, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and aligns with CBO’s mission. He will ensure CBO’s goals are met and aims to contribute to CBO's continued growth through his effective planning and communication. A fun fact about Alvin is that he has travelled to over 20 countries in the world and is a huge football fan.

Pitch Perfect Manager
As the Sales Manager for CBO, Declan is committed to driving growth and forging strong relationships that support CBO’s mission. He takes the lead on all sales initiatives, working to secure partnerships, boost outreach, and ensure that CBO’s products and services reach the right audience. With a focus on communication, strategy, and consistency, Declan is passionate about helping the team meet its goals while creating meaningful connections along the way. Declan has been committed to CBO for the past two years and is excited to make a big impact looking forward to this year.

Speaker Series Manager
As the VP Operations for CBO, Daniel is dedicated to ensuring that all of CBO’s events run smoothly behind the scenes while helping bring each initiative to life efficiently. He aims to finalize event planning and complete all logistical tasks for CBO events, verifying that all tasks are completed and no details are overlooked. Through his collaboration, communication, and teamwork abilities, Daniel is passionate about creating new opportunities through specific, unique CBO events as well as empowering his peers. A fun fact about Daniel is that he enjoys playing basketball and frying his friends on the court.

Annual Business Conference Manager
As the Annual Business Conference Manager of the Collingwood Business Organization, James is responsible for organizing and executing CBO’s signature conference event. In this role, James oversees planning, logistics, outreach, and coordination to ensure the conference is impactful and professionally run. He is passionate about creating an event that inspires and provides valuable knowledge into business. James plans to expand the scale and reach of the conference this year, enhancing all aspects of the event. Outside of the classroom, James is an eager and devoted Rugby player who loves the intensity of the game. Building lifelong bonds with teammates is his favourite part.

Logistics Assistant
As CBO’s Logistics Assistant, Izzy is dedicated to ensuring the planning and execution of CBO events, including the Speaker Series, networking events, coffee chats, and Pitch Perfect. Izzy aims to support every event with efficiency and attention to detail, overseeing setup, takedown, and active participation to make each event seamless for all participants. By collaborating closely with the operations team, Izzy aims to create organized and engaging environments that allow CBO events to run successfully. A fun fact about Izzy is that she can create a very tall soft serve on BC Ferries.

Point of Sale Manager
As the Point-of-Sale Manager of the Collingwood Business Organization, Harry is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales systems, including training, equipment, distribution and collection. He is passionate about organizing and assisting in monthly fundraisers and providing valuable knowledge and training for others. Harry is eager to help and support CBO in all ways. In addition, Harry hopes to organize and lead many initiatives and events this year as well. Harry enjoys playing NBAeras in his free time.

Book-keeping Manager
As the Bookkeeper for CBO, Eli is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s financial records to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. They oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, providing the team with reliable insights to support informed decision-making. With strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Eli ensures that every transaction is properly recorded and reconciled. Passionate about supporting CBO’s mission, Eli enjoys helping the team operate smoothly behind the scenes and creating systems that make financial processes efficient and stress-free. A fun fact about Eli is that he has minor OCD which makes him extremely organized when needed.

As a Vice President of Finance, Jillina is dedicated to exploring innovative strategies and practices while collaborating with fellow members to drive organizational growth and success. Recognizing the pivotal role finance plays in achieving our goals, Jillina will contribute to fundraising efforts, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring sustainable and accurate financial management. Beyond her passion for business, management, and finance, Jillina finds joy and inspiration in dancing, music, and travelling. Thrilled to be part of CBO, Jillina combines her passion for business with her creative interests. She hopes to help create a vibrant community of aspiring youth, embracing excellence and diverse perspectives.

As CBO’s Finance Manager, Elsa is responsible for ensuring the financial health of our organization and guiding its growth. Elsa evaluates proposals for their fiscal footprint and areas where projects and events require support. Elsa’s goal is to mentor her fellow students with financial literacy to empower them for future success in budgeting for business and personal endeavours. She also aims to cultivate a safe environment for her peers to thrive without barriers. Elsa is passionate about martial arts and instructs youth in karate.

Competitions Manager
As the Competitions Manager of the Collingwood Business Organization, Tom is very dedicated to leading FBLC, HOSA, and other local competitions with excellence and passion. In his new role, Tom strives to create engaging opportunities through competitions that will hopefully help individuals develop meaningful skills and relationships for the future. Tom aims to leverage his previous experiences in both the CBO and the broader West Vancouver community to bring a fresh and impactful perspective to the role of managing competitions, ensuring that it's done perfectly. He hopes to motivate his peers to reach their full potential and help make CBO a memorable and inspiring part of their high school journey that they will never forget. Outside of school, Tom loves Formula 1, soccer, and debating with his friends about controversial topics.

Competitions Manager
As a Competitions Manager of CBO, Sam strives to leverage his previous experiences managing competitions to build on CBO’s already extensive and successful Competitions department. This year, he aims to focus on inclusivity and participation for FBLC and HOSA. As a former competitor in both DECA and FBLC, Sam has experience in this field and knows what it takes to lead and teach others to be successful no matter their skill level, previous experience, or background. This year, he is committed to creating a friendly and healthy environment where each and every student feels supported to achieve their goals. Outside of academics, Sam has played on both the school’s Basketball and Rugby teams since grade 6.

Competitions Outreach Manager
As CBO’s Competitions Outreach Manager, Jacky is responsible for coordinating with external organizations, judges, and schools to strengthen CBO’s competitive initiatives. He aims to expand CBO’s reach by developing meaningful partnerships that enhance student participation in events such as DECA, FBLA, and HOSA. Through clear communication and collaboration, Jacky strives to ensure that every competition runs smoothly and provides valuable opportunities for growth and learning. His goal is to help CBO members connect with the broader business community and gain real-world experience through competition. A fun fact about Jacky is that he loves playing chess and basketball.

Donation Drive Manager
As the Donation Drives Manager, Bayan leads all non-monetary donation initiatives, including drives for books, toiletries, sports equipment, tech gear, and school supplies. Bayan aims to make giving accessible by connecting community needs with student-driven impact. Through community outreach, he makes sure that each drive benefits those who need it most. A fun fact about Bayan is that he is left-handed and lived in Regina, Saskatchewan for most of his life.

Ken Wu
In-School Relations Manager
As the In-School Relations Manager for CBO, Ken oversees all school-based fundraising initiatives within Collingwood School. His responsibilities include planning and managing in-house campaigns such as the annual poinsettia sales as well as promoting student participation. By fostering a strong, interdependent relationship between CBO and the Collingwood student body, faculty, and staff, Ken works to bolster school engagement and raise awareness of the CBO mission. He will collaborate with various student groups and departments to ensure that fundraising efforts are inclusive, well-organized, and fruitful. Beyond the organization, Ken enjoys going to the gym and playing basketball with his friends.

Jeffrey Wang
Community Engagement Manager
As CBO’s Community Engagement Manager, Jeff is responsible for overseeing volunteering in events such as the Krispy Kreme Fundraisers, Christmas Dinner Events, and other events that connect Collingwood with external partners. His goal through all of this is to strengthen the relationships between Collingwood and those aforementioned partners. Outside of academics, Jeff enjoys both training in and watching various combat sports such as kickboxing or wrestling.

Jonathan Han
Fundraiser Manager
As Fundraiser Manager in a CBO, Jonathan Han leads and supports a variety of fundraising efforts focused on addressing local needs. He helps organize and manage campaigns that support groups such as Feed the Need, Atira Women’s Resource Society, and Strathcona. His experience includes coordinating product-based fundraisers, overseeing logistics, and engaging with community members to increase outreach and participation. Through this work, Jonathan seeks to foster a deeper appreciation for the responsibilities and challenges of sustaining community programs and making lasting local difference. Outside of school, Jonathan enjoys reading, watching Real Madrid, and going to the gym.

Fundraiser Manager
In the role of Fundraiser Manager, Chanelle is dedicated to aiding CBO’s community partners by organizing external fundraising events. She intends to accelerate engagement and revenue for CBO’s fundraisers by expanding the scope of products offered at these events, and increasing the number of fundraiser locations across the North Shore and downtown Vancouver. During her time at CBO, Chanelle aims to make a significant and positive impact in the local community and assist those in need. In her free time, Chanelle enjoys reading, playing Clash Royale with friends, and taking fisheye-lens pictures of her pet cat.

As CBO’s Fundraiser and Festival Manager, Sara is committed to organizing in-school fundraising events that foster student engagement and community connection. Newsletter Manager
As CBO’s Newsletter Manager, Lucia oversees the design, writing, and distribution of the organization’s monthly newsletter. She ensures timely and engaging updates that showcase CBO’s impact, events, and community initiatives. Through this role, she aims to strengthen connections across the organization and keep members and supporters informed and inspired. A not-so-fun fact about Lucia is that she lost her Brawl Stars account with over 14,000 trophies on it.

Brianna Tang
Newsletter Manager
As CBO’s Newsletter Manager, Brianna is responsible for the design, planning, and writing of the organization’s monthly newsletter. As well as formatting and production, she is also dedicated to conducting interviews with CBO members and volunteers to gather insight for her writing. She intends to familiarize readers with the inner workings of the organization and build team connections by producing interwoven articles about each branch’s contributions to CBO events. When not immersed in words and research, you can typically find her training in club basketball or debate, both of which she has received several acclaims for. With time left to spare, she also adores going out with her friends and binge watching strange medical dramas (House, I’m looking at you).

Impact Manager
As CBO’s Impact Manager, Kimmy Underwood attends events to collect notes, feedback, and photos, capturing the atmosphere, participation, and overall impact of each event. She turns this information into insights for CBO’s monthly newsletter and year-end report, helping showcase how the club shapes both the school and wider community. One fun fact about Kimmy is that she plays field hockey on the senior Collingwood team. Her goal as Impact Manager is to highlight CBO’s impact, celebrate participants, and inspire engagement across the community.

Cathy Hu
Impact Coordinator
As CBO’s Impact Coordinator, Cathy is responsible for attending events, fundraisers and other initiatives. This is to collect and record information, data, a few photos, gauge the overall atmosphere, and receive feedback from CBO events. With this, Cathy’s goal is to determine the impact that the events are having on the community, with most of her work going towards CBO’s monthly impact reports in their newsletter, and eventually a year-end impact report. Cathy is passionate about showcasing CBO’s core values and driving growth and positive impact within the community! One fun fact outside of school is that Cathy has a passion for creating digital art in her free time!

Paloma Crane
Event Reporter
As CBOs Event reporter, Paloma is responsible for attending events,gathering key details and capturing memorable moments of the event. Along with this, Paloma takes photos to visually highlight CBOs events and showcase the energy and impact of the clubs initiatives. Paloma plays a key role in capturing the stories behind the clubs activities and bringing them to life for the community. In addition to this Paloma is also involved in writing sections of CBOs newsletter Paloma turns event notes and interviews into clear interesting stories to be shared with the community. The goal is to make every paragraph feel informative, exciting and connected to CBOs community. One fun fact about Paloma is that she has traveled to 18 countries.

Website Manager
As CBO’s Website Manager, Hannah is responsible for updating the website for the new school year and ensuring all content is relevant and engaging. She oversees the overall design and layout of the site and works to gather key media elements such as headshots, event details, and photos to keep the site visually dynamic and informative. In this role, she aims to create a polished, accessible platform that reflects CBO’s mission and keeps the community informed and connected. Outside of school, Hannah is a competitive dancer and has over 1000 photos in her digital camera of her and her friends.

Zoe Couture
Social Media Manager
As CBO’s Social Media Manager, Zoe is responsible for creating and coordinating timely, engaging content that showcases initiatives, events, and achievements. She works with other team members to ensure CBO’s values and activities are consistently communicated across all platforms. Zoe aims to grow the organization’s digital presence and build a strong sense of community. Her goal is to ensure CBO’s initiatives are seen and remembered. She is also on the volleyball and track/XC teams, and her favourite movie is Divergent.

Malaia Tjorhom
Graphic Designer
As CBO’s Graphic Designer, Malaia is responsible for creating the visual identity behind CBO’s initiatives. From designing posters and promotional materials for fundraisers to helping develop social media content that connects with our audience, she ensures that each project is both visually engaging and aligned with CBO’s mission. Through this role, she aims to elevate the presence of CBO within the school community and use design to help communicate important messages, drive engagement, and inspire student involvement. Outside of school, she trains in competitive dance and loves exploring new places through travel.

Chloe Larsen
Graphic Designer
As CBO’s Graphic Designer, Chloe is responsible for designing all of the posters, promotional materials, and helping with social media graphics for the club. She focuses on making CBO’s content visually engaging and creative while still staying on brand and easy to recognize. Chloe works closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and create designs that reflect CBO’s mission and help get the word out about events, meetings, and initiatives in a fun and polished way. Her goal is to make the club’s promotions stand out and inspire students to get involved. Outside of school, Chloe is a very competitive dancer; it’s her favourite thing to do and something she is very passionate about. She also loves skiing in Whistler during the winter.

Nikolas Erl
Marketing Communications Manager
As CBO’s Marketing Communications Manager, Nikolas is responsible for collaborating with different departments to coordinate promotions and other types of marketing projects for various events. In addition to reviewing event proposals, Nikolas coordinates project participants to help identify marketing objectives and assist with developing promotional strategies. His goal is to ensure that events are correctly promoted and marketed on time, so that the entire school community is consistently made aware of all CBO-related events. Outside of school, Nikolas writes songs and plays guitar for his band and enjoys training MMA.

Lucas Di Marco
Volunteer Coordinator
As a Volunteer Coordinator, Lucas is responsible for organizing recruiting, scheduling, and managing volunteers for events such as the Krispy Kreme fundraiser. Even though he is helping out, he would also like to participate in as many events as possible. Another one of Lucas’ goals is to support events to the best of his capabilities and get as many people to the events as possible. By collaborating with his team, he strives to create environments so that CBO can run as successfully as possible. A fun fact about Lucas is that he loves to play basketball in his free time.

Volunteer Coordinator
As the Volunteer Coordinator for the Collingwood Business Organization, Tryton Haddad oversees all volunteer operations for CBO events, including recruitment, scheduling, and communication. He is dedicated to ensuring that every event runs smoothly and that each volunteer feels organized, supported, and appreciated. Tryton’s goal is to build a strong sense of teamwork and engagement within the CBO community while creating a positive volunteer experience for all members. Outside of CBO, Tryton is on the rugby team and enjoys training, staying active, and spending time outdoors.

Business Studies
Having taught over 2 decades in the public school system, Sylvia is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in building business programs, launching impact-driven clubs/organizations that focus on the triple bottom line, and counselling in the post-secondary arena. She is also a faculty advisor for UBC’s Faculty of Education, mentoring and guiding teacher candidates during their practicums.
Sylvia is guided by her philosophy and mission to create opportunities for youth and build community wherever she goes. She continues her quest to help young people find their fit in the world by seeking out inclusive opportunities in the community where they could further develop and refine their skills and knowledge while learning more about themselves.
