CHAIR

As the returning Chair for Junior CBO this year, Sarah is exuberant to be back. In her role, she oversees all club events, sets the long-term direction for youth philanthropy initiatives, and acts as the primary liaison between executive student leads, Senior CBO, and faculty advisors. Sarah is dedicated to creating an inclusive, high-impact space where general members and executives alike gain real-world business experience and give back to the community. Outside of CBO, Sarah has a variety of eclectic interests that are always in flux, including playing volleyball, competing in debate, and community advocacy.

VICE-CHAIR

As the Vice Chair of Jr. CBO this year, Ellie is dedicated to bringing strong leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to her community. In this role, she works closely with the Chair to guide committee activities, facilitate executive meetings, and drive youth-led initiatives that bring the organization’s mission to life. She also serves as a key liaison between the junior team, senior leadership, and faculty. Above all, Ellie finds genuine fulfillment in making a direct, positive difference in the lives of others. When she isn't typing away on CBO documents, you can usually find her at the swimming pool or in the ballet studio.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As part of the Director of Operations, Julia is responsible for overseeing the design, organization, and execution of events and offerings. She is excited to share her opinions, create engaging activities, and operate as a team. Julia looks forward to participating in various opportunities to challenge herself with new concepts and develop her skills, bringing her visions to life. She values communication, curiosity, and creativity. Julia aims to bring a positive influence to the community while inspiring others.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

As director of communications, Elsa is responsible for making sure everyone is in the know about what is going on and keeping the club running smoothly. She is looking forward to building a culture within the club that is fun and inviting. She is excited to take on this larger role in the club and raise lots of money for good causes. She values teamwork, accountability, and positivity and can’t wait to see what this year ahead has to offer. Outside of CBO you can find her on the soccer field or with her friends and strives to make a positive impact on others. 

DIRECTOR OF IMPACT

As the Director of Impact, Aika leads the measurement of Jr. CBO’s growth and writes the Jr. CBO Impact Report for the 2026–2027 year. Through strategic fundraisers, community events, and member meetings, she showcases the tangible impact Jr. CBO has the local community. She values hard work, open communication, and active involvement. Aika thrives in high-efficiency environments and loves working with people who share a vision for meaningful change. Outside of her role, Aika competes in Netball, participates in Model UN, loves to read, and works on creative arts and crafts projects. She is always seeking to inspire and uplift those around her.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

As the Director of Operations, Jennifer is focused on turning the CBO community's ideas into well-executed events, overseeing the logistics of fundraisers, and ensuring that each session brings real educational value. She strives to foster an environment where members can build meaningful connections while developing tangible and practical real-world skills. Jennifer values clear organization, critical thinking, and collaboration, all in favour of creating seamless meetings. She hopes to cultivate a supportive, high-achieving environment where every participant feels motivated to learn and grow. When not in Jr. CBO, she enjoys a good amusement park ride and deepening her understanding of the world around her.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

As a Director of Marketing, Norah is dedicated to amplifying CBO’s reach, maintaining strategic branding, and reflecting the organization’s passion and purpose. Specifically she is focused on implementing this year's tagline: Ideation into Impact. She aims to streamline the marketing process and increase the visibility of CBO initiatives by utilizing effective communication and engaging promotional material. Norah hopes to shape a distinct and consistent image for CBO, reinforcing its reputation as a professional organization. Outside of CBO, she dedicates her time to practicing cello, competing in debate, and robotics.

EXECUTIVE MARKETING LEADER

As CBO’s Executive Marketing Leader, Cherise is excited to share the organization’s ideas and bring more students into its community. She hopes to use creative campaigns to promote events, fundraisers, and opportunities for members to make a meaningful impact. Cherise enjoys working with others and finding fresh ways to help their ideas reach a wider audience. Outside of CBO, you can find her on the basketball court.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

This year, as the Director of Finance, Jocylin is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Jr.CBO’s events by managing the budgeting, transactions and financial preparation for all operations. She is focused on maximizing the impact behind every dollar spent, and ensuring that all initiatives are financially sustainable. Aligned with this year’s slogan, “Ideation into Impact”, Jocylin believes in turning those ambitious ideas into a financially feasible reality. She aims to create a positive lasting impact within the community. Outside of CBO, her hobbies include playing volleyball, writing and reading.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE

This year as one of the Finance executives of Jr.CBO. Henry is responsible for managing the financial operations of Jr.CBO’s events. He is focused on strengthening the financials and to make sure that the money spent has an important impact. Henry strives to create more change and help our sponsors in the community. While outside of CBO he has hobbies such as debate, tennis and math. 

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

As one of the Volunteer Coordinators, Ava is focused on strengthening engagement in and out of Collingwood by creating meaningful opportunities for students to get involved and contribute to the community. She works to connect students with greater opportunities to help expand their Overton window of business. This year she wants to focus on her goals and help foster an environment where every volunteer-related logistic is expeditiously managed and emphatically acknowledged. Some of her hobbies include volleyball, music, and public speaking. 

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

As the Volunteer Coordinator, Asha is focused on expanding community engagement through outreach, active recruitment, and logistics management. Her goal is to foster a supportive and organized environment where every volunteer can thrive and contribute to making a meaningful impact. In her free time, Asha enjoys playing soccer, learning more about math, and cozying up on the couch with a good book.

DIRECTOR OF TECH AND WEBSITE

As the Director of Tech and Website, Alex is responsible for meeting minutes, managing Google Classroom, and coordinating with the Tech team to ensure the website and Instagram are updated with weekly content. Alex hopes to help collaborate with other execs, Values Organization, Teamwork, and sportsmanship, and is looking forward to a great year with CBO. He likes reading and tennis in his spare time.
